**Kolkata:** A part of an old house collapsed in the Jorabagan area of Kolkata due to continuous rain. The incident occurred early Tuesday morning. According to police sources, one person has died after being trapped under the debris of the house.

Local sources reported that around 5 a.m., a portion of the old house suddenly collapsed, causing panic throughout the area with a loud noise. Police and disaster management teams quickly arrived at the scene. The search and rescue operation began to clear the debris.
